The service includes sending and receiving SMS messages via an API as well as managing contacts and templates. Use is only permitted for legal purposes. Spam, phishing, malware, hacking, cryptocurrencies, fraud, and other illegal activities are expressly prohibited.

Registration with valid contact details is required to use the service. You are obliged to keep your access data confidential and to inform us immediately of any unauthorized use. Any use of your account is deemed to have been initiated by you, unless you can prove that a third party has gained control.

You may only use the platform for your own lawful purposes. Sending messages to third parties requires their consent. You are responsible for the content of all messages sent via your account. Violations of applicable law or these terms may result in the immediate suspension of your account.

We are only liable for damages caused by our intentional or grossly negligent behavior. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, unless it involves injury to life, limb, or health. We do not guarantee the availability of the service but strive for high uptime.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy. We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. You have the right to request information about your stored data at any time and to request its deletion, provided no legal retention obligations conflict.

We reserve the right to change these terms with reasonable notice. You will be informed of material changes by email. The contract may be terminated by either party at any time without stating reasons. After termination, your data will be deleted unless legal retention obligations exist.
